Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
