Tender chicken skewers, perfectly seasoned and coated in a creamy, spicy sauce—these Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are irresistible and ideal for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup spicy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in a mixture of mayonnaise, spicy sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers without overcrowding.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
