Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: diced bell peppers or tomatoes

Instructions
