A moist and flavorful banana bread made with ripe bananas, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
  • Optional: nuts, chocolate chips, or spices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar and eggs, mixing until well combined.
  4. Combine the flour and baking soda in another bowl.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
