Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
  • Slider-sized brioche or whole wheat rolls

  • Oil for frying

Instructions
