A creamy and tangy macaroni salad perfect for gatherings, picnics, or comforting side dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse the pasta to stop the cooking process.
  3. Chop your chosen vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Combine the creamy dressing ingredients in a bowl, adjusting to taste.
  5. Mix the cooled pasta with vegetables and pour the dressing over the top, stirring gently to coat evenly.
