Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, washed and chopped
  • 2 citrus fruits (e.g., oranges, grapefruits), sliced into wedges
  • 1 pomegranate, seeds extracted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dressing of choice

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the kale thoroughly, then remove thick stems and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
