A vibrant and refreshing pasta salad perfect for gatherings, picnics, or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta of choice
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup dressing of choice (vinaigrette recommended)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Chop the bell peppers, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Mix the pasta with the chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir until coated.
  6. Chill for about 20 minutes before serving.
