  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions
