Ingredients

  • 8 oz (226g) pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz (226g) fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. Chop the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
