A vibrant and fresh condiment perfect for tacos, grilled meats, or as a standalone dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh corn (or 1 can of corn, drained)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1-2 jalapeƱos, diced (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the fresh ingredients: corn, tomatoes, onions, jalapeƱos, and cilantro.
  2. Mix everything together in a bowl.
  3. Season with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Chill the salsa for about 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Notes

For extra flavor, use fresh lime juice and cilantro. Feel free to add diced mango or black beans for variety.
