  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (like spinach, bell peppers, and carrots)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  5. Stir in fresh vegetables and cook until just tender, about 2-3 minutes.
