Ingredients

  • Steaks of your choice
  • 2-3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half, vegan cream)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
  4. Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the cream and let it simmer until it thickens slightly.
  6. Return the steaks to the pan and coat them in the sauce.
