Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream or Greek yogurt, mixing until heated through.
- Add the shredded cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy beef mixture until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
