Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (basil or parsley), chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
