This easy banana bread recipe is simple, flavorful, and perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add the baking soda and salt, then mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the flour until just combined.
