Description

A delicious and comforting dish featuring tender chicken, creamy sauce, and linguine pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 45 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
  2. In a pot, boil salted water and cook the linguine until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  3. In a skillet, melt half of the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove the chicken from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  5. Lower the heat, add the remaining butter and cream, and stir until combined.
  6. Toss the cooked linguine with the sauce in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water if needed. Stir in the chopped parsley.

Notes

Serve warm and optionally sprinkle more parsley on top. Pairs well with side salad or garlic bread.
