Succulent shrimp enveloped in a rich, creamy garlic sauce, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic until golden and aromatic.
  3. Add the shrimp, cooking until pink.
  4. Lower the heat and pour in the cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Simmer for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens.

Notes

To prevent shrimp from steaming, do not overcrowd the pan. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
