Delightful bite-sized taco cups filled with flavorful meat and topped with fresh garnishes, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 small tortillas (or whole wheat/gluten-free)
  • 1 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • Fresh veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, onions)
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Shape the tortillas into muffin cups using a muffin tin.
  3. Cook the ground meat in a skillet with taco seasoning until browned.
  4. Bake the tortilla cups for 10-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  5. Fill each cup with the meat mixture.
  6. Top with cheese, sour cream, salsa, and fresh veggies.
