Vibrant mini bell peppers stuffed with a creamy, flavorful mixture of cream cheese, herbs, and spices, perfect for parties or a delicious snack.

Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F if baking.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese with chives, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Slice the mini bell peppers in half and remove seeds.
  4. Stuff each pepper half generously with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until warm, or serve chilled.

Notes

For a twist, try adding smoked paprika or crumbled feta to the filling. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
