A vibrant and delicious Marble Cake perfect for festive occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your cake pan.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients and alternate with the milk to create a smooth batter.
  5. Mix melted chocolate into half of the batter.
  6. Layer both batters in the pan and gently swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or freeze slices for up to three months.
