  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Shredded coconut for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and bake the cake according to the package instructions until golden.
  2. Cool the cake completely before poking holes throughout the top.
  3. Pour the coconut milk and pineapple over the cake, allowing the mixture to seep into the holes.
  4. Spread the whipped topping evenly over the cake.
  5. Garnish with shredded coconut or pineapple chunks if desired.
  6. Chill the cake in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes
