A vibrant salad combining shrimp, creamy avocado, and zesty lime for a nutritious and unforgettable dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the shrimp over medium heat until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
