Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups yogurt or whipped cream
  • Honey (optional, for drizzling)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the fruits so they are ready to go.
  2. Mix your cream or yogurt until it’s smooth and airy.
  3. Layer the fruit in a dish, starting with a layer of the cream.
  4. Add a colorful array of fruits.
  5. Repeat this process until you reach the top of the dish.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for a while to let the flavors meld together before serving.

Notes

Serve in individual cups for a charming presentation. Best made fresh, but can be stored for up to three days in an airtight container.
