Delightfully chewy lemon brownies, also known as lemonies, offer a bright citrus flavor perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the fresh lemon juice and zest.
