Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons culinary lavender
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl, including the infused lavender.
  4. Fold the mixtures together until well combined.
