Delicious low carb chicken wraps loaded with cheesy garlic flavor, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large lettuce leaves or low carb tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, avocado, sour cream
Instructions
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the cooked shredded chicken, salt, and pepper, tossing to combine.
- Once heated through, remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Lay the lettuce leaves or tortillas flat and scoop the cheesy chicken mixture evenly onto each.
- Add any optional toppings if desired.
- Wrap the lettuce or tortillas around the filling and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat the chicken mixture when ready to serve.
