A refreshing tropical dessert made with sago pearls, ripe mango, and coconut milk, perfect for warm evenings or special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sago pearls
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • Fresh mango chunks for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Toasted coconut for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the sago pearls until translucent, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Rinse the cooked pearls under cold water.
  3. Blend ripe mango with coconut milk until smooth.
  4. Combine the sago pearls with the mango mixture and stir gently.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Scoop into bowls and garnish with mango chunks, mint, or toasted coconut.

Notes

For a tropical twist, add lime juice or crushed pineapple to the mango blend. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
