A refreshing Mango Strawberry Sorbet that combines sweet mangoes and juicy strawberries, perfect for hot summer days or as a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the mangoes and strawberries until smooth.
  2. Add the lemon juice to the mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 1 hour.
  4. Stir to break up ice crystals.
  5. Freeze again until desired consistency is reached.
