  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup nuts or seeds (almonds, sunflower seeds, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup cheese (feta or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (balsamic or apple cider)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
