Delightful no-bake mango cheesecake cups with a silky filling and crunchy base, perfect for warm weather gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango puree
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Additional mango slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed cookies and melted butter together in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottoms of clear cups to form the crust.
  3. Blend the cream cheese and fresh mango puree until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently to combine.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
  6. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves and mango slices before serving.
