A healthy and nutritious breakfast option made with chia seeds, fresh apples, and your choice of milk, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 apple, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds with milk in a bowl.
  2. Stir well and let sit for a few minutes to allow the seeds to swell.
  3. Fold in chopped apples, honey/maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  4. Transfer the mixture to jars or containers, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, give it a quick stir and enjoy.
