Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons good-quality olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil or mint leaves
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Slice the peaches into wedges.
  2. Place the burrata on a serving platter.
  3. Arrange the peach slices around the burrata.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
