Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese, torn
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the peaches into wedges.
