Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Toss the sliced peaches with the raspberries in a bowl.
  3. Spread the fruit evenly in your baking dish.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients for your cobbler topping in another bowl.
