Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups ripe peaches, diced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Mix warm milk with sugar and yeast; allow to proof.
  2. Combine dry ingredients with yeast mixture and butter until a dough forms.
  3. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread the peach filling evenly.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown.
  7. Drizzle with glaze while still warm.
