- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
- Add the thinly sliced steak, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or drizzle some hot sauce before serving. Thinly slicing the ribeye steak will help ensure tenderness.
