Description

A fun and delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, this casserole is an easy way to enjoy your favorite flavors in a warm and comforting dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Add the thinly sliced steak, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or drizzle some hot sauce before serving. Thinly slicing the ribeye steak will help ensure tenderness.
