Juicy chicken thighs seasoned with herbs, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Flip the thighs and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Transfer the chicken to an oven-safe dish.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
