Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until thin.
  3. Lay the asparagus and prosciutto in the center of the pastry.
  4. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal tightly.
