Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the chopped rhubarb with sugar and flour in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix together oats, flour, and brown sugar in a separate bowl, then add softened butter until crumbly.
  4. Layer the rhubarb mixture in a baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
