Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh coconut (or dried coconut)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream (optional for dairy-free)

Instructions
