A comforting Southern Peach Cobbler with sweet peaches and a buttery, flaky crust, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the peaches and toss them with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Whisk together the flour, milk, melted butter, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Pour the batter over the peaches in a baking dish without stirring.
