A delightful dessert celebrating fresh strawberries and creamy coconut milk, perfect for warm days or special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sago pearls
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped or blended
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • Mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak sago pearls in water for a few hours.
  2. Cook the soaked pearls in boiling water until they become transparent and chewy, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Prepare the strawberries by either blending them with sugar for a smooth sauce or chopping them for a chunkier texture.
  4. Mix the sago with coconut milk until well combined.
  5. Fold in the strawberries gently and serve in clear dessert bowls.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Stir in a little coconut milk or water if it thickens.
