Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens (lettuce and spinach)

  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts or almonds)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
