Ingredients

  • Wraps (tortilla or lettuce)
  • Cucumbers, sliced
  • Bell peppers, sliced
  • Leafy greens (like spinach or lettuce)
  • Hummus or avocado spread
  • Grilled chicken or chickpeas
  • Seeds or nuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Warm your wrap slightly to make it pliable.
  2. Lay it flat and spread your chosen base layer evenly across it.
  3. Add your fresh veggies and protein, being careful not to overstuff.
  4. Roll the wrap tightly from one end to the other, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Slice it in half for a colorful presentation and it’s ready to eat!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Best served fresh.
