Tulip Deviled Eggs

Beautifully presented deviled eggs shaped like tulips, perfect for spring gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Fresh chives or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  4. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture using a piping bag.
  5. Sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley.

Notes

These deviled eggs can be made a day ahead. Keep refrigerated until serving.
