A refreshing and vibrant watermelon sorbet, perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon chunks (seedless)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2-4 tablespoons sweetener (honey, agave syrup, or sugar substitute)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove any seeds.
  2. Place these chunks in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add lime juice and your chosen sweetener, blending briefly to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow container and cover it.
  5. Freeze the sorbet, stirring with a fork every 30 minutes for even texture.
  6. Serve in chilled bowls, garnished with mint leaves or lime wedges.

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider adding a splash of coconut milk. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
