Juicy, tender BBQ chicken coated in a sweet and tangy sauce, perfect for summer gatherings and weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken on the grill or in the oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 25-30 minutes.
  4. Brush additional BBQ sauce on the chicken in the last few minutes of cooking for a caramelized finish.
  5. Rest the chicken for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
