Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil, garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken on the grill or in the oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 25-30 minutes.
- Brush additional BBQ sauce on the chicken in the last few minutes of cooking for a caramelized finish.
- Rest the chicken for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
