A classic Greek salad featuring fresh vegetables, olives, and feta cheese, all drizzled with a zesty olive oil dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
