Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (your choice)
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
